The Asics Kayano 29 has had a proper makeover compared to the previous models, but it will still be an ultra-popular volume training shoe for the runner who prefers a shoe with pronation support. Now the shoes have, among other things, Asics FF Blast+ foam in the midsole, which helps to give the Asics Kayano 29 one of the softest sensations you can find in a pronation shoe. There is also a new upper in an engineered knit that provides breathability, but also supports the foot. The shoes have become lighter and the midsole has been made softer, so you get more shock absorption and a more enjoyable run.
